Power Plants And Banks In Singul Valley

Introduction

Organizations play a vital role in the development of a village, city or country. Without organizations no any village or city would be in the path of development. The basics needs of any individual can be easily fulfilled by the organizations within that place.

These organizations may be Banks or Power Plants. Like wise there are well-known Power Plants and Banks in Singul valley;

Power Plants In Village Singul

Light is one of the basic necessity of life and without it we cannot live a reliable life. This is the necessity which is used in everywhere in the world.

These are the power plants which fulfills the need of light in whole district (Gahkuch) as well as in four other villages. The village Singul has three high voltage generating power plants;

1-Power Plant In Kishot

Kishot is a place in Singul. In kishot there is one hydroelectric power station which produces 1.4Mw electricity. In this power station there are two generators and a turbine. The power station has more than three staff in it. 

It's been fourty years this power station is running. It has a beautiful shaped building with more than five rooms. It needs repairing but the government doesn't take a proper interest in it. 

This power station fulfills the need of electricity only in kishot. It's because of old machinery and lack of staff interest. In kishot there are approximately hundred houses and more than 10 shops.

If the government takes a little interest in it, if the stafs in there do work properly or if there will be little repairing in machinery and the building, so this power plant will produce a huge amount of electricity.

2-Power Station In Barikhai

Barikhai is the place which is a kilometer away from the center of Singul and there is also a hydroelectric power plant which has a big and beautiful building. The building is constructed with modren technology and material.

In this power station there are three generators and two turbines. These turbines and generators are manufactured and designed according to the modern needs. Due to this modern process the power station perform well as compare to kishot one.

This power station is best as compared to the kishot power station as it generates more electricity(2.54Mw). The electricity produced by this station does not only covers Singul valley but it also fulfills the electric needs of nearby villages like, Goherabad, Gitch, Japuky, Gahkuch Bala and Gahkuch Pine.

The machinery in this power station is automatic, so the staff doesn't have to work hard. If the voltage increases the machinery automatically switched off. This is one of the great technology and due to this there will be less chances of errors, short circuit or damage.

The whole machinery is in one big hall. The reason behind this setup is to manage the machinery easily. The hall has a room in it where two or three staff stay for checking the progress of the machinery. The other staff stay in rooms which are separate from this hall.

3-Power Plant Under Construction In Kini

The power plant in kini is under construction. As we know that new projects are always better due to the modern technology. This power station will product much amount of electricity than other two power stations that are power plant in kishot and power plant in barikhai.

Place Kini

This is one of the beautiful place in Singul valley, which is almost seven kilometers from the center of Singul. No doubt we can call this place, Heaven On Earth. This is one of the vast tourist place in Singul valley which has natural beauty. The environment in this place is pure, clean and fresh.

If you want to visit this beautiful place, you can go there on your own vehicle or by taking any rent car. The route for this place is fine and you will not face any difficulty while traveling towards it.

This hydroelectrical power plant has more machinery. It will produce almost 4Mw electricity. It has three generators and turbines. The water from this power plant will be used in the power station located in barikhai.

Banks In Village Singul

Bank are the organizations in which we safe our wealth like money, jewllery, and other expensive items. On the other hand banks also help people by giving them loans.

Banks are very important and useful organizations, every city, village, and town must have these useful organizations. In Singul there are two banks helping the local people.

1-Habib Bank Limited (HBL)

HBL is Pakistan’s largest bank, was the first commercial bank to be established in Pakistan in 1947. Over the years, HBL has grown its branch network and maintained its position as the largest private sector bank in Pakistan.

Habib Bank Limited (HBL) has also established a branch in Singul, Ghizer, Gilgit Baltistan. It's one of the wonderful opportunity for the people of Singul to get benefit from it.

The bank is located in the center of Singul near the main road. It has a small building, a hall with two small rooms. As in every HBL this branch also has ATM service, which is an amazing facility.

The branch has six staff with two security guards. There is a separate portion for manager and accountant within the hall. A waiting place for the customers has also been adjusted within the hall.

2-Society Bank

As the name of this bank tells us that this is a bank of the society. This bank runs locally. Almost all people of Singul supports this bank. 

Society Bank in Singul has a small building, it only has a small hall. It's not link with the government, so local people of Singul can't effort much for it. This is the reason behind the lack of facilities in it.

The bank has four staff with a security guard. Only three to four customers can go in the bank at a time. The security guard doesn't let more customers in at a time, because there is no space for more people within the hall.

This bank cannot give big loans because of low budget. If there is a little bit support from the government to this bank, so definitely it will develop very fast in short period of time. Due to this the village also will be in the path of development, which is good for the economic of the country.

Conclusion

These are the major organizations the village has in it's heart. As the people of the village are now getting into market, they will definitely go for more implementation of organizations. It's the fruitful news that the government is now going to implement one more power plant in the village at Kini. Moreover a society bank with the name 'Al-Rahim Cooperative Society' is going to launch its branch in the village soon.
